Now at the Emergency Animal Hospital at the recommendation of Dr. Youssef a subsequent examination of the animal revealed that my pet was merely suffering from a minor dental condition, not a heart ailment requiring an emergency visit.
The bottom line is that this Cranbury Animal Hospital 2725 US Highway 130 is over charging customers for services that are not needed to benefit his pocket. Poor practice as an owner to not work with his patients and disregarding their complaints or attorneys letters.
AS FOR MY CAT'S TOOTH YOU REFERENCE HIS MOLAR BUT HE CAME HOME MISSING HIS FRONT TOOTH. HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN!
Not the Cranbury Animal Hospital used to be. The one positive thing is a vet technician was competent and considerate. The office staff while they smiled at you we're unorganized and came off as incompetent. I took my cat's here for a routine visit and shots. My one cat require dental surgery which they warned me the advance could probably cost more than the estimate. He was having scaling done on his back teeth. They called during the surgery to say that additional work was needed of course at an extra cost. I could have lived with that but I couldn't live with with the fact that he came home missing front teeth and I just had an issue with drooling ever since. There's a reason why they have a" business manager" because that's what this place is all about not care business. I do understand that it is a business that needs to make money like all other businesses but I prefer my vet to have a touch of humanity and properly care for my pets. The kind of place Cranbury Animal Hospital used to be.

I had brought my furry love one into Cranbury Animal Hospital Oct. 30, 2016. My pets issue was not eating and wasn't being himself. I had never been to this facility but, it was the only veterinarian open in the area at that time. I had checked in at the front desk I was told that it would be a little, there are some emergency before us. I ask who the doctor is that on today. The receptionist did not no the doctors name, the owner Dr. Beshoy Rafla brings in so many different doctors when he is not here working. Later on that day I found out the doctor that was treating my pet was (Dr. Tarek Omar Youssef).
Cranbury Animal Hospital has charged me $384.00 for there service and the emergency hospital $200.00

Dr. Youssef then came back into are room and said that the cat is suffering from a severe and life-threatening heart ailment and the cat needs to get to Emergency Animal Hospital. At this time we are now shocked and confused, it didn't seem life-threatening when we got there he just wasn't eating. It's been more then two hours and now we left Cranbury Animal Hospital to rush our pet to an Emergency Animal Hospital.

Dr. Tarek Omar Youssef, said that the cat was in distress with a heart problem, which was a direct and proximate cause of this misdiagnosis.
Is Dr. Tarek Omar Youssef an license veterinarian? Or does Dr. Beshoy Rafla (owner) hire anyone? Or is he just taking advantage of customers with price gouging!!!!
I called a week ago to make an appointment. I asked do you offer free visits for a new customer and was told yes. I was told I couldn’t come in on the weekend for no charge but during the week would be fine. I made an appointment for 1 week later and when I showed up I was told that I needed a coupon. I asked why I wasn’t told that in the first place and the girl I was talking to felt really bad about it but they refused to see my new puppy. I asked who the girl was that scheduled the appointment and gave me the wrong information and they new exactly who it was. I highly suggest you train your staff better because you just lost a potential long term customer to East Windsor Animal Hospital. As well as any recommendations. Your loss!!!!!
Trying to call me out for not taking my cat t the vet for 7 years. I told you at the time and told two people in your office that my other cat was traumatized by the crating and trip so I switched to a mobile vet for his health and well being until I moved to Georgia. Made no sense to have to vets. When I returned to NJ, i brought both my cats there with up to date medical records. Unfortunately the other cat with the travel issue passed away in Georgia. At least one of your staff offer a sorry to hear that.
I had contacted the owner Dr. Beshoy Rafla to try to resolve this matter he would not return my call. I had contacted my attorney and letters were sent out to Dr. Rafla himself and practice regarding the misdiagnosis and racking up the bill with unnecessary testing to benefit the practice.
About four weeks later I got a follow up call from Dr. Beshoy Rafla (owner) I explained to him what he already new from the attorney's letter which ignored. I was not happy with the service Dr. Youssef examining the cat causing extra testing charges. The cat does not have any kind of heart issues and that I should be credited for the testing fees that his office billed me for. Dr. Youssef has examined the cat and it's mouth, never said he had a dental condition that would of caused him not to eat. Dr. Rafla refused to give any sort of credit....
Use caution before using this veterinarian clinic;
That day Dr. Youssef examined my pet stating that the cat was in distress. He stated that they need to run several test X-rays and take blood. While the test were being processed we can here a conversation in the other room with doctor and another family who brought there Dog in. "Dr. Youssef sated that they need to get there Dog to an emergency animal hospital that there pet is very sick" this family had spent an hour and half there waiting for there test results to come back.
Very friendly staff. The Dr is kind and knowledgeable.
