My experience with Martin Insurance was very gratifying. They were very professional, offered helpful suggestions, were able to come up with avery favorable proposal in a matter of a few days on two policies. I highly recommend them.
Luckily, I was able to contact my insurance carrier directly in order to get answers and make changes to my policy as needed. All in all, if you need someone to get you great insurance rates in a timely manner, Joyce at Martin Insurance Group would be a great choice, but make sure you know who to contact at the insurance company if you have time-sensitive questions or changes that need to be made to your policy.
I couldn't wait to write a review because Joyce was so great. She was on top of everything, keeping me updated along the way as we searched for the insurance coverage my new small business needed. I work from home and sometimes had trouble getting on phone calls. I was worried this would complicate the process, however, Joyce promptly replied to all of my emails, answering all of my questions and addressing all of my concerns. I couldn't have asked for a better agent to work with.
I received excellent customer service from Tamika Borges. I was looking for a more economical insurance with adequate coverage. Tamika was prompt with her quote, answered all my questions and provided detail explanation on why Plymouth Rock coverage was affordable compared to the national company I was currently using for coverage. Tamika also went above and beyond in helping me with a small business insurance quote. Ultimately another provider was lower but I appreciated the effort she put forth to try to offer the most competitive and lowest rate.

Sadly, once we signed paperwork & made our first payment, everything changed. Emails are not responded to until I send a follow up email. Granted, my questions are not always her department, so she has to send my requests to the appropriate department. However, I feel like I should at least be notified that it's being handled, as I'm requesting time sensitive information. Not having my requests handled promptly could result in my new company losing money. I am human and understand things getting hectic at work. But going from having my questions answered practically right away, to waiting days to even know if my email has been received, is very disappointing to say the least.
