I loved how easy it was to navigate their website. I submitted my order for a next day delivery the night before. I wrote the order to deliver at least before 3pm. I reached out to them around 1pm just to check on the order (since I ordered the night before) and was told it would be there by that time. I went to see my mom after work and they were not there (340). I didn't mind, I just wish they would've called and told me or not accepted the order. Once they arrived at 4pm, the flowers were not up to par. I ordered a premium and they delivered standard/deluxe. They rightfully re-delivered not much longer, but it didn't impress and came in a broken vase. I sent back the other Flowers and had to switch out the vases. I appreciated their effort, but it was not a pleasant experience. My mom didn't care at that point, and I was disappointed.

Very unprofessional and rude when I called regards Mother's Day flowers left in sun all day.. My son said he had paid extra for morning delivery and not ordered the cheap flowers I got . No one called before delivering as the order and not happy
